At Beauty and the Beast, we strive to empower you to live a healthier life while working towards your fitness goals. More than just a gym, we are a complete wellbeing centre combining science-based training in our modern studio, sports massage and several other wellness services. As an experienced personal trainer with 6 years of experience, I work with a wide range of clients, from complete newcomers to international athletes. Neither is age a barrier; my clients range from teenagers to septuagenarians, and every one of them is totally focused on their personal fitness journey. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, reduce body fat, or improve your endurance, I’ll devise a training programme that will deliver rapid results. I use a range of modern training techniques, blending cardiovascular work and strength training to create a workout that is uniquely challenging, varied and motivating. I’ll be your constant support and I’m available for a quick pep talk at any time, as I don’t like my clients to feel neglected. In addition, I’ll talk you through a personalised nutrition plan that will keep you energised no matter how hard we work. Abs Blast

Ab Blast Workout is an intense, fat-burning, abdominal workout routine that employs a unique blend of cardio and ab-sculpting exercises to boost metabolism, blast away calories, and tone the abs, obliques, chest, butt, legs,, legs, arms, shoulders, and back.

Body Pump

This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

Boot Camp

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.


Boxing is fantastic for achieving enhanced Cardiovascular Health, total body strength, better hand-eye coordination, developing a nice strong core, weight loss or better body composition and also a great stress reliever!


Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. he aerobic nature of many of boxing’s exercises leads to a high calorie burn without a significant shock to your joints.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session.


High-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give maxiumum effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. High-intensity interval training raises and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Kettle Bell

Kettlebells are cast iron weights ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping.  Kettlebells are great at increasing strength by using full-body functional movements that incorporate several muscle groups for each exercise.


Legs Bums and Tums is an exercise class that will tone and sculpt key body areas using specific exercises. It is a low impact class that focuses on bums, legs and tums. Helps to tone these major muscle groups and streamline problem areas. A great class if you are aiming for leaner looking legs, a firmer bum and a flatter stomach.


Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.


Tabata is high-intensity type of interval workout that was inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata. Tabata training includes a 20-second high-intensity anaerobic work interval followed by a 10-second rest, repeated eight times in a row. Tabata training places your body directly in the fat burning zone within the first round and keeps burning hours after. 


Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX was invented by a Navy Seal. He needed a way to keep himself and his fellow SEALS in top shape no matter where they were in the world, whether conducting a mission or standing by. It can have a tremendous impact on an individual’s overall health.
