 Bootcamp is a military-style workout which incorporates strength as well as intense fitness training drills.  Bootcamp includes interval training to help boost your fitness as well as bodyweight and weighted exercises to help increase strength and stamina. We are in between  Junction 1 and 2 of the M5 , only minutes away from each and both the Wolverhampton and Black Country new road.
